You recently helped us out with a new tyre on our rental tyre and I wanted to leave a review for you if you can use it to show your wonderful customer service.
… Wendy was so helpful when we called to ask if there was availability to get a new tyre after we had a puncture on the first day of our road trip. Kevan and his team were so friendly and helpful and explained everything to us and were able to get a new tyre quickly. They were even kind enough to give us a free voucher for a hot drink in the local bakery while we waited.
Thank you so much to Kevan who was so friendly and got us on the road again as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend services to anyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish, placed call to them and while they investigated the details, I had a reply within 15min about when they can do job and quoted price. Job was done as requested but the attention to detail and the extra things they did made it even more satisfying even washing my car and lollies waiting on the car seat at collection, those little things will make me continue to use them as they obviously care about me as a customer.

Central Taranaki Automotive Limited you guys are amazing, Kevan you have a set of wings and a halo Thank you so much for rescuing me today. Honestly can see why these amazing humans have recieved so many awards for customer service. Nothing is too hard for them . I got myself into a spot of bother today with my van. I rang Kevans wife Wendy in reception such a lovely lady gave her all the details and she sent out the mechanic angels to rescue me. Honestly the best service ,the nicest people I have dealt with in a business for a long long time. Nothing was a problem. Great price AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME Highly recommend this crew Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart you renewed my faith in beautiful people today.

Upon arriving at Central Automotive Taranaki today after travelling through road works and having a stone get caught in one of the wheels making one hell of a screeching noise…I walked in off the street and asked if they could have a quick look at the issue for me as I needed to get back to Wellington asap. Kevin and his team immediately without hesitation informed me they would look at immediately on the spot, and within 15-20 mins after removing several wheels they found the stone causing the screeching noise and sorted the issue. The reception staff were also very friendly and professional. Whilst waiting I see Kevin and his wife have given 27 years to the local volunteer fire brigade, obviously this family and their business are one of the communities finest. As I picked up my car, Kevin even placed a small packet of sweets in the car for me to enjoy on my way back to Wellington. The service here is first class and as I left I said to Kevin you dont get this sort of professional and prompt attitude to service very often – he and his team and family are to be highly recommended. Well done Central Taranaki Automotive – you shine brightly!

Hello Kevan and Wendy, your daughter and the rest of team at Central Taranaki Automotive, I would like to thank you, show my appreciation and give a complement about an excellent and prompt service I received from your company on Friday 7th October 2022.
I came with an urgent request for my car to be fixed in a short notice, because I needed to travel back to Auckland the following day (today). You dropped everything so that you could order the parts, and send your daughter
to New Plymouth to pick the parts. And to top it off, you had my car washed which it was full of mud. And you had shined the tyres. This is what I called real service. Excellent job. Team work. Very caring. And also promptly service. Thank you so much. I know where to go for my car to be serviced if I am in Taranaki again. This business by far is the best business I’ve ever come across I was so lucky when I googled Central Automotive Stratford the Thursday before Easter weekend mins before the business closed. The owner Kevan answered he said sure come in. Fortunately Kevan diagnosed my car radiator problem and charged me a very fair price. I drove of a completely satisfied customer.
Before visiting Kevan and his crew I had problems with my car for almost a year. I really thought I’d be calling the wreckers to collect my car for auto salvage on this occasion. But thanks to the thoughtfulness and expertise of Kevan!! My car was saved and its running perfectly with no radiator leakage at all. I had been referred to see 3 mechanics and not 1 of them were able to find the problem with my car that i have been dealing with for long time. A family member has told me to take my car into Central Autos and i tell ya!..Im one Happy Customer Finally!!!..The Mechanics thoroughly looked over my car and knew what they were dealing with.Instant plan was put in place to get the work going.The parts for my car was a struggle (car is made overseas of course🤦♀️) but they sure manage to keep searching until one had popped up for a good affordable price range.The Receptionist Comms is Awesome too .Always letting me know the updates on where the car at during their work process.Their Service approach is a Friendly Environment and i highly recommend 👌👌Massive Thanks to the Central Taranaki Automotive Team
